Your Data, Your Control
IP Addresses & Alting
What we collect: When you join the server, your IP address is temporarily hashed and stored.
Why: To detect ban evasion (alting) and enforce our rules fairly. If a banned player tries to rejoin with an alternate account, the system flags the IP.
Retention: Hashed IPs are purged unless they are linked to an active ban or security case.
Generative AI
How we use AI: Our CRAB-AI Chat model is used to offer quick support for members in our Discord server.
What is NOT done: AI never makes decisions about bans, never sees your password, and never stores conversation logs beyond the conversation.
Human review: We suggest that if your issue is complex, you get one of our Staff members to help you, as AI won't always be right.
In-Game Data (UUID, stats)
We store your Minecraft UUID, username history, playtime, in-game transactions (like /ah sales), and punishments. This is necessary for server functionality, economy, and support.
We do NOT sell or share this data with any third party.
Data Security
All connections are encrypted. Staff access is limited and audited. We enforce strict internal policies, and any staff misuse leads to immediate removal. No staff member has ANY access to things like the Backend servers or VPS software.
Your Rights
You may request a copy of your data or ask for deletion (subject to ban records) by emailing [email protected].
